What is happening with my Trading Account and assets?
As part of our service updates, Trading Accounts will be discontinued, and all assets in your Trading Account will be migrated to your Pro-Trading Account.
Here’s what will happen if you are holding any of the following assets:
- 1:1 conversion (BUSD, EURS, LBTC, RENBTC, WBTC): Certain assets will be converted and transferred to your Pro-Trading Account, free of charge.
- Custody-only mode (GUSD, USDP, XAUT): will be available for withdrawal but cannot be traded.
- All other assets: These will seamlessly migrate to your Pro-Trading Account, where you can hold, trade or withdraw as usual.
The new trading environment does not support all existing trading pairs. As a result, unsupported assets will be converted into their equivalent counterparts. If an asset cannot be converted, it will be placed in withdrawal-only mode.
What assets will be converted?
Certain assets in your Trading Account will be automatically converted to their equivalent assets in the Pro-Trading Account. This conversion will be free and occur at a 1:1 ratio, ensuring that you retain the same amount of assets.

What happens to assets not eligible for conversion?
The following assets will be placed in custody-only mode. These assets cannot be traded in your Pro-Trading Account but can be withdrawn to an external wallet.
Assets in Custody-Only Mode:
- GUSD
- USDP
- XAUT
What about other assets?
All assets not listed in this article will automatically migrate to your Pro-Trading Account, where you can hold, trade, or withdraw them at your convenience.
When will the migration take place?
The migration is scheduled for January, 8th 2025. After this date, your Trading Account will no longer be active, and you will retain read-only access to download account statements if needed.
What do I need to do?
No action is required on your part, the migration will happen automatically. Please log in before the migration date to review your holdings.
