You can deposit different fiat currencies (EUR, GBP, or USD) into your XBTO account. We will provide our account details, and you will need to send a bank transfer from your personal bank account using the information provided.

Important note

• The bank account must match the name registered with your XBTO account. We do not accept deposits into your XBTO account from a bank account that is not in your name.

On the Web

1. Log in to your XBTO account.
2. In the Accounts section, select your Pro-Trading account (Note: You cannot deposit fiat into your Vault account).
3. Click Add Cash.
4. Choose the currency you wish to deposit (EUR, GBP, or USD). Then, click Next.
5. The system will display the account details. Open your bank account and initiate a bank transfer to the provided details. Make sure to enter the reference code in the designated reference section of your bank’s transfer form.

On iOS/Android

1. Log into your XBTO account via the mobile app. 
2. Tap on your Pro-Trading account.
3. Tap Add Cash (+).
4. Choose the currency you wish to deposit (EUR, GBP, or USD).

5. The system will display the account details. Open your bank account and initiate a bank transfer to the provided details. Make sure to enter the reference code in the designated reference section of your bank’s transfer form.
