You can deposit various cryptocurrencies into your XBTO Pro-Trading and Vault accounts.

Important note

• When depositing ERC-20 tokens, please double-check the network you are using. We primarily support ERC-20 tokens on the ETH network. 
• Make sure to select the correct network when sending the transaction from your external wallet provider. Sending tokens over the wrong network may result in the loss of your funds.

To deposit crypto in both Vault and Pro-Trading accounts, follow these instructions:

On Web

1. Sign in to your XBTO account.
2. Choose your Pro-Trading account or Vault on the dashboard.
3. Click "Receive" select the desired cryptocurrency, and click "Next"
4. Acknowledge the network reminder by checking the box.
5. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.
6. Go to your external wallet and use the provided address to send the funds to your XBTO account.

On iOS/Android

1. Log in to your XBTO account via the mobile app.
2. Choose your Pro-Trading account or Vault on the dashboard.
3. Tap "Receive" and select the desired cryptocurrency.
4. On the next screen, acknowledge the network reminder by tapping "I understand"
5. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.
6. Go to your external wallet and use the provided address to send the funds to your XBTO account.
