Upon sending your withdrawal request to an external wallet, it is reviewed and processed by XBTO immediately. You might, however, encounter delays of up to two business days for your transaction to be completed. So that you know, Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.
So that you’ll have peace of mind, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process. Please check your spam folder or other sections of your inbox to ensure you do not miss any status updates regarding your withdrawal.
We will confirm and finish the withdrawal for you, and we won't need to do anything at this stage.
You can also view your withdrawals on the Transactions page of your dashboard, along with the status corresponding to your withdrawal and funding activities.
